I am interested in a comparison of the writings between these two.

And who's words carry more weight? Or are they equal?

And how do their words stack up against the prophets and the Torah?

Is 58:13,14 "If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day. If you call the Sabbath a delight and the LORD's holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way, then you will find your joy in Yahweh....The mouth of the LORD has spoken."

I don't think there is any compertition, Br Paul was "borne along by Holy Spirit."
Whereas, Br Charles, was guided by the HS, which is the same for ALL of the anointed christians during the Gospel Age.

2Tim.3;16,17; "16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; 17 so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work."

I believe these verses tell the difference. Br Charles, learned from Br Paul.

I would suggest their words would be in agreance with the prophets, as to the Torah, I can't comment on that, as I don't know.

Brother Russell himself denied that his writings were equal to the Bible, including the prophets and the Laws, or the apostles, many times.

Click Here to search Russell's works for "only authority."

The words of the apostles are not in disagreement with the words of the prophets, so there is no need for comparison.
