Book Description
After more than 100 years of silence, this Koine Greek Text of the New Testament [formally known as the Editio Octava Critica Major in scholarly literature] is the 8th Critical Edition (1871) of Tischendorf, the high point of his career, and the text cited by all Biblical scholars - (pro and con) - after him. Tischendorf was the first to use the ancient texts of the Codex Sinaiticus and Codex Vaticanus and incorporate his information into a Greek New Testament. No Pastor or priest has ever passed a Greek course without substantive references to this edition. Finally, this edition coveted by scholars and unavailable to the public is now available at a price affordable for Seminary Students, Bishops and Pastors alike. Find out what changes were made between the 8th Edition and the UBS or Nestle-Aland text. Find the proof for yourself and put your Greek knowledge and professors to the test. Something no Professor or Student of Biblical/Koine Greek should be without.
